Distritech's commitment to ethical business is firmly rooted in the core values of the company, in its responsibility, decency, respect and honesty. Distritech's recognizes its responsibility to respect and promote the values of the international community, in particular the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and uphold internationally recognized legal norms in its operations and supply chain. 

Distritech has developed an extensive ethical management system that clearly defines standards and guidelines. This system seeks to prevent any unacceptable behavior. Distritech's Zero Tolerance Policy on Corruption allows for no exceptions and violation may result in disciplinary action.

Integrity policy

 

Developed based on the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international agreements, Distritech's Integrity Policy sets minimum standards of conduct for employees, suppliers, distributors and any other business partners. The policy covers a wide range of topics like human rights standards, how to deal with conflicts of interest, how to avoid bribery, and general company principles.

For the successful functioning, including the implementation and awareness of the Policy, Distritech undertakes to maintain and continue to implement it at all times, regardless of the business function and culture of the company. All Distritech employees, regardless of their organizational role or hierarchical level, maintain high awareness of the Company Policy through regular trainings, seminars and information campaigns targeted at all employees. Distritech's management helps and supports employees in making the right decisions when faced with ethical dilemmas.

 

 

Complaints mechanism

 

Reporting unethical behavior can be done through various channels such as email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and telephone +7 (701) 428 75 87, which provide employees and external stakeholders with a completely confidential way to report unethical behavior and / or initiate consideration of other problems. Each received warning is logged, evaluated, documented and investigated before appropriate action is taken.
